Patent Leather Bag

This is a small bag that I see as a dress up bag but I guess you can dress it down. It has a kinda tweed fabric with embossed patent leather center strip and beaded handles. It has a zipper top and inside pockets also. I thinks it's cute and makes a statement of it's own.
